We carry general liability insurance in New York and can send a certificate of insurance naming your business before we start. Just ask.

No. Service is month to month and either side can cancel with 30 days' written notice. We'd rather earn the renewal every month.

The Dust Fairy cleans offices, practices and homes across Westchester County. We're small on purpose, and we'd like to stay accountable as we grow.

Why we started

I'm Mike, and I run The Dust Fairy. Before this I kept hearing the same story from people who managed offices around Westchester: they'd hire a cleaning company, the work would be good for a month or two, and then it would quietly slip. Bins missed. Restrooms half-done. And when they called to sort it out, they got a voicemail box belonging to somebody three states away.

That's a fixable problem. It comes down to whether the person responsible for the work is close enough to care about it. So I built the company around that: I clean the accounts myself, and as we grow I hire people directly as employees and train them on our checklist before they ever work alone.

We're at the beginning of this. I'd rather tell you that plainly than pretend to be a fifty-person operation.
